Wooohooo Diesel Caf茅 finally started it's trials for their year end menu and manh have they got something crazy coming up.
They got Norwegian Atlantic Salmon, Turkey and some fine Australian Lamb Chops 馃槶
The sad part is that these dishes are going to cost a bomb 馃檪 and they are going to be one of the most expensive dishes being served in Mangalore during the New Years.
The first dish here is Salmon served on top of Butternut squash Hummus some raw salsa and a bit of sour cream.
Plating wise this was amazing but I didn't like how the sour cream was put directly on the salmon 馃槶 like it just ruined it for me because the salmon was so well seared it looked beautiful as it is.
When it come to the taste this was just lip smacking goooood. The Salmon was well cooked and it's Skin was divine the butternut squash hummus went so well with that raw salsa.
The pomegranate on top added the right amount of sweetness to the entire dish. This was truly perfection on a plate.
Oooh now this was an extremely well done lamb chops 馃い served with Sweet Potato wedges and veggies on the side and a good amount of Red Wine reduction sauce on the top.
There a Turkey dish as well but that wasn't really presentable I feel I mean it looks super weird to me, but the dish did taste amazing though.
