Another guy walking his dog in the field outside my house, in the dark at midnight, last night, apologised for making me jump, and said that he'd daren't take him out in public during the day, because he's " a proper cnut". I told him, don't worry, I've got one like that. Yet, he's not the only one... I am living in the middle of the most dysfunctional canine population in the country, going by the amount of dogs that get walked out there in the pitch dark of the small hours. There's a woman in the next road with a Staff ( called Dave ) who told me she daren't take him out when other people are around, because he's a right show up.
Those dog parks they have in the US have sections for puppies, and even a section for nervous dogs.
We need these in the UK, with a 'proper cnut' section for all the dogs in my village.
