To complete and reach to 5k steps today,since we had a midweek service at Church instead of riding my motorbike i decided to take a walk to the Church to reach my goal atleast 5k plus steps. I was happy i made it to 5k steps today.
The man who send us the word of God tonight lead us to.

But we all,with open face beholding is in a glass the Glory of the Lord,are changed into the same image from glory to glory,even as by the Spirit of the Lord.
