Sketching: I did a very simple sketch for this with the pencil brush.

I went in a different direction from my usual process. I started off with a grey scale painting using different shades of grey for the skin, shadows and highlights.
Once that was done, I then create a mask layer ontop of the greyscale layer set the blending mode yo 'soft light' and then colour in with flat colours.

Next I painted in the skulls using different shades of grey to almost black colours, not to detailed but enough to create the right visual illusion.

I then create an new layer ontop of every thing and then lay a flat colour, I used a shade of grey and set the blending mode to multiply. I then used the airbrush to create like a light effect that is focused on her upper. This adds some what of drama to the piece and with that, I'm done with the piece.
