Too Much, is a Venezuelan synth pop band formed by Carlos Martínez (bass and voice), Moisses Ramones (keyboards and synthesizers) and Ana Saá (lead vocal), who present a rather fresh musical proposal with cosmic and kaleidoscopic airs framed under themes dedicated to (dis) love.
This band is a clear example that times of crisis give space to creativity and peculiarities that can be useful. This was stated by Moisses, who spoke with us about the beginnings of the band "If we had not had the problems of last year, this band would not exist. Basically, all this worked thanks to Carlos and I, we were each locked in his house without being able to do anything, without being able to see us and it was: we are going to make music, you there and me here. I just did something, I passed it to him, he returned it to me, I did something on top of him and that's how it went. "
Synth pop is not the kind of devotion of these three people from Caracas. Each one travels by different rhythms, for example: Carlos, leans more towards heavy sounds like hardcore and metalcore, Moisses is a punk fan and Ana, on the other hand, is a pop fan, usually listens to Paramore, Alicia Keys and Adele. However, as a band, they end up taking the Scottish group CHVRCHES as reference when composing.
