One of the best career lessons that you have learned is that I used to be the person that gave my subordinates.
Give my subordinates is don't build your identity around. Don't build your identity around the job come from your personal position also because they can change their identity and they can lay off workers and sack you at any time.
Know what you are working towards and you will never feel completely lost. Just wear all your clothes, prioritize your purpose, know your skills, know where you want to go, know your passion, know all these things because things can change anytime and you don't have, if you don't have any backup plan then you're in for failure.
Prepare yourself for the worst and hope for the best.
