Hello steemians, This topic was one topic I did not know where to start from, at some point I kept on wondering why men should cheat or why do men cheat in relationships . Sincerely, I need you all to follow me on this ride (mainly ladies).
I like to look at it the way the medics look at conditions. For every condition there are two main causes;
The one that comes from within (which they call the gene) and
The enabling factor(which seems to be the one that gives the opportunity for the condition to occur)
When men cheat,the problem might be due to;
Problems arising in the relationship(the problem from within)
The enabling environment
When the problem is the relationship.
This could be due to two things which is either a problem with the man or the woman 👩. For me eighty percent of the time the problem is due to this reason
The reasons include;
1.Rushing into commitment as in the case of not knowing what you are about to do or probably a quick rebound from your ex.
Lack of attention in the relationship: Attention is a basic thing in a relationship. When a woman does give her man attention, there is a huge possibility that he is going to find it somewhere else.
Respect issues: This happens both ways but mean a lot mostly to men. Men love it when their ego is been massaged and if the respect is not there they tend to feel insulted more compared to the women. Respect seem to be core to African men.
Submission issues: The problem is that people tend to confuse submission with foolishness so ladies must be able to delineate between this two because foolishness in a lady is an enabling factor for every man to cheat.
The Man's MENTALITY: actually I feel this is the most important due to the fact that men manifest what they think about something. So if a man cheats frequently there could be a problem with he way he sees going out with another woman so he doesn't feel as if he's wrong.
