Its been while I haven't uploaded and photographs I love to share but I haven't been anywhere in past days, Today I got some time at the mid of my office time and visit the side of market which I rarely used to visit

This photograph shows the culture of our local state, the women in the photograph has hold an pot that is made of copper and it was used to store water in old days but you can still see this top in every house in these days also.

Th photograph shows an traditional house of uttarakhand I really love the old house and specially the work the wood.

The read and white is called Aipan art, you can see the art work in all most every house of uttarakhand.

The women in the art is using Okhli , this is traditional tool that is used to crush or grind things finely

The Okhli, also known as Khal batta in some regions of India, is the mortar and pestle set, used to crush or grind things finely. You can crush peanuts, chutneys, chillies, garlic, ginger etc.

At old time all the daily used ingredients are made in home, and all use this thing to do that now we all have grinder and mixers to do that but that sure make our elder healthy too this is alike an exercise.

In this photograph the two men are playing the local musical instrument of Uttarakhand,, these are used in very festival we celebrate I really like the sound of this music
