Look, there are all types of people in our society, some people are quite everything but there are some people who prove to be a little dangerous for the society, whom we call criminals. There are many types of crimes, some crimes are small and some are very big. Whatever is wrong for the society is a type of crime. Like stealing, behaving indecently with someone, doing something wrong with someone and doing some things which are illegal. So, anyone who comes and does something in society falls under the category of crime. And the people who commit these things are criminals. So many things keep happening around us. These days, crime rates are increasing a lot, which is causing a lot of concern. But look, this is not going to stop. I feel like this because gradually people are falling into more and more bad company and their mentality is also getting spoiled, due to which we are seeing all this in the society.

Whenever any criminal is produced in the court, the punishment is given from there and according to that it is decided what punishment should be given to him. Many people have to pay fine according to their crime and they are kept in jail for a short period. If the crime of a person is very big or very dangerous then he is given punishment according to that and he is kept in jail for a long period or he is sent to a reform home. Children who are below 18 years of age are sent to a reform home. This is the rule here in India, I do not know about other countries. And if a person is a big man, then he is treated differently and is punished accordingly. Many times it happens that some people are punished on the basis of wrong evidence but in reality they are not guilty. But see, you cannot know the truth about anyone, you just have to give a decision based on whatever evidence you have.

Yes, many times it happens that even an innocent person gets punished, it is just that the evidence is against him or sometimes it happens that the case is not half strong due to which all this happens. But see, different types of punishments are given to different persons depending on the crime of that person, if the crime is very dangerous and it is such a crime which can have a very bad effect on the society or that person is dangerous for the society, then punishment is given to him accordingly. All these rules and regulations have been in existence for quite some time. Earlier, people were not remembered much if they did something wrong. Mostly, in earlier times, if a person said something against the ruler, then he was given death penalty and that too was not so easy, people were not remembered much, they were tortured to death. That was a very dangerous race, you can easily read about this thing, you will find many articles and different types of punishments.

It is my personal opinion that people should be punished according to their crime. Some crimes are very minor and hence they should be punished for a short term or they should be let off after paying a small fine. But if a crime is very big and severe and due to it many people have suffered loss or it has had a bad effect on the life of some particular person, then that person should be punished accordingly. And this should happen because if this doesn't happen, people won't be afraid anymore. Once someone loses their fear, they won't be afraid of anything. And they turn into a hardcore criminal again. So, if you want to create a good environment in society, criminals should be punished, and it should be decided who gets what kind of punishment.

Hey, if you think a person's mentality has changed, then you should conduct some tests to find out what that person thinks and what they have become now. If you can do this, then you should let them go, because they have changed. Because everyone should be given a chance, but if that person is caught again for such things, then they should be given a harsher punishment than the truth. What do you think about this?
