It has happened to all of us. We work hard all week and just on the day of the class we get a headache, the weather is bad and the planets align so that everything sounds bad that day. As a student I've been there too so it's always important to work through that frustration with my students and invite them to accept it as an unavoidable part of the musical growth process.
