Bali Food Guide - #33 Milk and Madu, Berawa

I already posted a review about the awesome breakfast at Milk & Madu Cafe in Berawa. But this time we visited the restaurant on their famous 2 for 1 Pizza Night.

Every tuesday this place is so packed that it is hard to get a table. The reason is that on tuesday you get 2 Pizzas for the prize of one. But that´s not the only reason, because their Pizza also tastes extremely good.

Ich habe bereits eine Kritik über das tolle Frühstück im Milk & Madu Cafe in Berawa geschrieben. Aber dieses Mal besuchten wir das Restaurant an seiner berühmten 2 für 1 Pizza Nacht.

Jeden Dienstag ist dieses Restaurant so voll, dass es schwierig ist, einen Tisch zu bekommen. Der Grund ist, dass man Dienstags 2 Pizzen für den Preis von einer bekommt. Aber das ist nicht der einzige Grund, denn die Pizza schmeckt auch
noch extrem gut.

On these tuesdays night the restaurant is always fully booked and although it´s quite hard you´ll always find a table to share with someone.

Two other facts that make the restaurant popular is that there is live music on tuesdays and that they have a big playground for the kids, so the parents can enjoy their dinner.

An diesen Dienstagen ist das Restaurant immer ausgebucht und obwohl es ziemlich schwierig ist, findet man immer einen Tisch, den man mit jemandem teilen kann.

Zwei weitere Tatsachen, die das Restaurant populär machen, sind, dass es dienstags Live-Musik gibt und dass es einen großen Spielplatz für die Kinder gibt, damit die Eltern ihr Abendessen genießen können.

There are not that many Pizza varieties to choose from like you know from a italian restaurant and some of them are extraordinary. But seriously, they make a really good, fresh, wood oven pizza.

Es gibt nicht so viele Pizzasorten zur Auswahl, wie Sie es von einem italienischen Restaurant kennen, und einige davon sind außergewöhnlich. Aber im Ernst, sie machen eine wirklich gute, frische Holzofenpizza.

Pumpkin Pie
with roasted pumpkin, ricotta, housemade pesto, mozzarella, red onion and rocket

BBQ Chicken
with bacon, mushroom, capsicum, red onion, mozarella and italien parsley

Both Pizzas were absolutely delicious and although there was a lot of stuff on them the taste was quite good balanced. I can highly recommend to visit Milk and Madu on a tuesday.

Make sure to go there hungry.

Beide Pizzen waren absolut lecker und obwohl sie gut beladen waren, war der Geschmack ziemlich gut ausgewogen. Ich kann wirklich nur empfehlen das Milk and Madu an einem Dienstag zu besuchen.

Bring am besten viel Hunger mit.
