Yesterday we visited The Neighbourgoods Market in the suburb of Woodstock here in Cape Town. After we had lunch we ran into that guy called Ash who is well known in this area and in the art scene. Spontaneously he gave us a suburb and street art tour on which I took dozens of photos.
A few of them I want to show you in this entry for the #monomad challenge. The first one is Ash himself, he knows absolutely everything about Woodstock and about every single piece of Street Art in cape town, pretty impressive.
Woodstock is mostly a safe place, especially during day time but with the company of Ash we could also go to the not so friendly neighbourhood, places you don´t want to be alone at night.
We walked around for about one hour. Without him I would have not found all these incredible street art pieces I´m going to show in the coming weeks.
