I went to "Cerro el Casupo" with my sister—a rather demanding trek—for which I chose an electric blue athletic outfit consisting of a top and a skirt, paired with a black sweatshirt and Adidas sports shoes.
Con mi hermana fui al "Cerro el Casupo" una travesía bastante exigente para lo que elegí un conjunto deportivo de top y falda de color azul electrico acompañado de un buzo negro y unos zapatos Addidas deportivos
The truth is, I always choose shorts, skirts, or dresses when I exercise because I find them more comfortable—they offer greater freedom of movement, which is especially helpful in such rugged terrain, where your knees can easily end up almost at chest level while climbing.
La verdad es que siempre elijo shorts, faldas y vestidos cuando voy a ejercitar porque se me hace más cómodo, me da más libertad de movimiento, más aún para un sitio tan escarpado ponde fácilmente las rodillas te llegan casi al pecho al subir
I wore the sweatshirt because it tends to be quite cold at that time of the morning—in fact, I kept it on for half the route—and it also paired really well with the rest of the look. Overall, I quite liked the outfit, and it was also very comfortable.
El buzo lo lleve porque a esas horas de la mañana suele hacer bastante frío y de hecho hice la mitad de la ruta con el buzo puesto, además combinaba bastante bien. En términos generales me gustó bastante el otfit y además fue bastante cómodo
