Hello, gamers! Yesterday I just downloaded the Harry Potter Android game where we are a new student at Hogwarts and among other things we have to attend classes. Join me to see the process.
¡Hola, gamers! Ayer justo descargué el juego para Android de Harry Potter donde somos un nuevo estudiante de Hogwarts, y entre otras cosa debemos asistir a clases. ¡Acompáñenme para ver el proceso.
The first thing we will do is to choose if we are wizards or witches (depending on the sex of each one) logically I chose "witch" and then it was time to create my avatar. The truth is that there are not many options so I chose the ones I liked the most to make Bethy Jade.
Lo primero que haremos es elegir si somos magos o brujas (según el sexo de cada quién) lógicamente elegí "bruja" y entonces llegó el momento de crear mi avatar. La verdad es que no hay muchas opciones, así que elegí las que más me gustaban para hacer a Bethy Jade.
I took a picture of the loading screen because I thought it looked very nice.

Once my character was created, we went to Diagon Alley, after all, I needed my school supplies.

Sooner rather than later, Mr. Ollivander started to do his thing, so he offered one of his wands, but it wasn't mine.

One of the things I like most about the game is that in the dialogues we can choose between three options and depending on which one we choose (according to our personality) it will offer us some kind of reward in some trait, like knowledge, courage etc.
Una de las cosas que más me gustan del juego es que en los diálogos podemos elegir entre tres opciones y dependiendo de cuál elijamos (según nuestra personalidad) esta nos ofrecerá algún tipo de recompensa en algún rasgo, como conocimiento, valor etc.
Mr. Ollivander held out another wand for me to try and this time, the wand chose me.
El Sr. Ollivander me extendió otra varita para que la probara y esta vez, la varita me escogió.
It was fun and exciting to be able to count on my wand.

And then came the most special moment, the arrival at Hogwarts after a long journey on the school locomotive, I couldn't wait for my selection.

The hat started debating which house I would go to and that's when in the game we are asked to choose a house, I chose Ravenclaw because in all the tests I do, including the official Pottermore one, that's my house. I would have liked it if rather than making you choose, there was a house quiz so that it was your answers and personality that gave you the house.
El sombrero comenzó a debatir a que casa iría y es entonces cuando en el juego nos piden elegir una casa, yo elegí Ravenclaw porque en todos los test que hago quedo ahí, incluido el oficial de Pottermore. Me hubiese gustado que más que hacerte elegir, hubiese un test de las casas, así que sean tus respuestas y personalidad lo que te otorgue la casa.
Once I got a house, we had dinner and it was time to get to know the elegant and beautiful Ravenclaw common room.

Let's just say that thanks to my older brother's criminal reputation (as the story goes) I wasn't exactly greeted with much encouragement.

Then I had to go to spell class afterwards, we were going to learn the Lumus spell.

As you can see everything that glows blue is for interaction, so we have to click on the object or person and that brings us benefits during the lesson. The bad thing is that each interaction of this type consumes our energy and each energy point takes 4 minutes to recover, the interactions are from 1 to 5 which means that in an interaction of 5 we lose 20 minutes of gameplay. I would have preferred it to be an unlimited game, i.e. you can play as much as you want but the game is probably short and this was the "most ingenious" way to make it longer. You can even see advertising to win some energy, diamonds or coins (energy is for playing and diamonds and coins for buying) but sometimes you get scammed, you watch the whole video, try to close the advertising when it ends and it redirects you to the play store and when you press back it exits the game and when you enter again, the game loads from zero and you don't get what you were promised. It's the big flaw that the game has in my opinion but otherwise I have no complaints.
Como pueden ver todo lo que brilla de azul es para interactuar, entonces debemos pulsar el objeto o la persona y eso nos trae beneficios durante la lección. Lo malo es que cada interacción de este tipo consume nuestra energía y cada punto de energía tarda en recuperarse 4 minutos, las interacciones son de 1 a 5 lo que quiere decir que en una interacción de 5 perdemos 20 minutos de juego. Hubiese preferido que fuese un juego ilimitado, es decir que jugases cuanto quisieras, pero probablemente el juego es corto y ésta fue la manera "más ingeniosa" de alargarlo. Puedes incluso ver publicidad para ganar algo de energía, diamantes o monedas (la energía sirve para jugar y los diamantes y monedas para comprar) pero a veces te estafan, ves el video completo intentas cerrar la publicidad cuando termina y te redirecciona a la play store y cuando pulsas atrás se sale del juego y cuando entras nuevamente, pues el juego carga de cero y no te dan lo prometido. Es el gran defecto que tiene el juego en mi opinión, pero por lo demás no tengo quejas.
I did the incantation very well and the teacher congratulated me, plus my new friend reminded me that we had to attend Potions, which is one of my favourite subjects (probably because it's similar to cooking).
Hice muy bien el encantamiento y el profesor me felicitó, además mi amiga nueva me recordó que debíamos asistir a Pociones, la cuál es una de mis asignaturas preferidas (seguro porque se parece a la cocina).
This is a section with the subjects and lessons that can be learned, it's very nicely designed.
Este es un apartado con las asignaturas y lecciones que se pueden aprender, es muy lindo su diseño.
In the dungeons, outside the Potions room we met this sort of Draco Malfoy, and of course I obviously told her some truths for being so ridiculous.
En las mazmorras, fuera del salón de Pociones nos encontramos con esta especie de Draco Malfoy, y como no, obviamente le dije sus verdades por ser tan ridícula.
And then Snape intervened and strangely he didn't drop my points even though he had the perfect chance, probably influenced by the fact that I'm Ravenclaw and not Gryffindor :3

Regardless, Snape will always be my favourite teacher, no matter how sullen he seems, I still love him.

He started his class by giving us a "motivational speech" as is his custom and then went on to give a masterclass (where the professional gives a demonstration which the students then have to repeat).

He looks adorable making his potion, especially telling us that he wanted to see "our attempt at the potion".

And for a Snape, he paid me a great compliment by brewing my potion.
Y para ser Snape me hizo un gran halago gracias a la elaboración de mi poción.
But thanks to the brat from before who sabotaged my potion my cauldron exploded and I lost Snape's approval and he took 10 points off me, stupid girl!
Pero gracias a la mocosa de antes que saboteo mi poción, mi caldero explotó y perdí el visto bueno de Snape que me quitó 10 puntos ¡niña estúpida!
After class I got a "note from Snape" in the common room which turned out to be a trap from the annoying Slytherin girl and locked me in a room where there was a Devil's Snare plant. After a while, Hagrid heard me and saved me and then it was late and I was sleepy so I left the adventure there.
Después de la clase me llegó a la sala común una "nota de Snape" que resultó ser una trampa de la niña molesta de Slytherin, y me encerró en un cuarto donde había una plantota de Lazo del Diablo. Después de un rato, Hagrid me escuchó y me salvó, y entonces ya era tarde y tenía sueño, así que dejé hasta ahí la aventura.
