Hello there, internet folks! How are you doing? Today I want to tell you about a restaurant I recently visited in the northern part of Valencia—specifically at the Garibaldi shopping center. It’s called Ba Ga—simple as that, just two syllables. I really like the décor because it blends urban, avant-garde, and even psychedelic elements with a more classic style. For instance, at the entrance, there’s a colorful hallway—and these aren't just any shades; they’re neon colors that react to the light in a really interesting way.
¡Hola Hola, gente de internet! ¿Cómo están? Hoy vengo a hablarles de un restaurante que visité recientemente en el norte de la ciudad de Valencia, en el centro comercial Garibaldi, se llama Ba Ga, así de simple, dos sílabas y me gusta mucho la decoración porque mezcla lo urbano, vanguardista y hasta psocodelico con un estilo más clásico. Por ejemplo en la entrada encontramos este pasillo colorido, pero no son tonos cualquiera sino colores neón que reaccionan a la luz de una manera muy interesante.
The dining room, however, has a more classic style, despite the restaurant focusing on a single offering: hamburgers. The service was top-notch; the waiters were attentive without being overbearing—unlike at some other restaurants where the staff can feel intrusive—and the timing was excellent. The drinks arrived first, as usual, but there wasn't an excessive delay between the drink service and the arrival of my meal.
Sin embargo el salón ya guarda un estilo más clásico, a pesar de ser un restaurante con un solo target, hamburguesas. La atención fue de primera, los meseros eran muy atentos pero no tomaban tu orden de manera abrumadora como sí sucede en otros restaurantes, en este caso son atentos pero sin llegar al asedio, los tiempos de espera también estuvieron excelentes. La bebida llegó primero, como siempre, pero no se tardaron demasiado tiempo entre la bebida y el plato que ordené.
As I already mentioned, it’s a burger joint, so I ordered one of those—specifically, one with arugula (because I love it), served with a side of french fries and an extra portion of ketchup. The patty was well-seasoned, and the bun was soft—clearly fresh-baked that day (which is very important)—and had a delicious, unique flavor. The portions were generous, so I finished the meal more than satisfied; hehe, I could barely move.
Cómo ya les dije es un restaurant de hamburguesas así que ordené una de esas, la cuál tenía rúcula (porque me encanta) venía con una ración de papas a la francesa y un ración extra de kétchup. La carne estaba bien sazonada, el pan estaba blando, así que se nota que es un pan del día (muy importante) y también tenía un sabor especial y delicioso. Las porciones eran generosas, así que terminé más que satisfecha, jeje casi no me podía mover.
Even though it is a burger-only restaurant, they offer multiple options (beef, pork, or chicken) as well as a wide variety of ingredients and sauces to choose from, so I really think the concept is great. Plus, it is a relaxed yet lively spot—they play good music and show World Cup matches—all within a pleasant, family-friendly atmosphere, so I would certainly like to come back.
Aunque es un restaurant solo de hamburguesas, ellos ofrecen múltiples opciones (carne de res, de cerdo o pollo) y también te ofrecen gran variedad de ingredientes y salsas para elegir, así que la verdad pienso que el concepto está bastante bien, además es un lugar tranquilo pero no aburrido, tienen buena música, transmiten los partidos del mundial y todo esto en un ambiente agradable y familiar, así que desde luego me gustaría regresar.
