No matter where you are, many times it happens that when someone you know reaches a particular position, then he wants that his acquaintances should be with him or he wants to send a friend who is his best friend that someone or the other should be with him.
But in such a situation you see that discrimination is visible, it often happens in India that whenever any government job is released, then after some time when the exams are held, what do you see that the paper has been leaked and in such a situation, it becomes very difficult for those who work very hard because they have given a lot of their precious time. Whenever they give their time and work hard, and even after that, when they come to know that the paper has been leaked or they have to cancel the paper due to some work, then in such a situation also they get very disappointed and some students even take very wrong steps.
You see many people are very well qualified but still they do not get a chance because the people sitting in power at the top want something else and things also run according to their wishes. If a person wants to achieve something by working hard, but there are some people who reach there because of money, they are not even worthy of that, so in such a situation, the person who works hard feels a lot of pain and regrets, maybe why did he waste so much of his time and hard work here, many things also come to his mind
I have seen people with no degree or professional certificate occupying top positions in companies, not because they founded the company or earned the role through merit, but simply because the business belongs to their family or close friends.
Employees who are more qualified and experienced may become frustrated because they know they are better suited for the position. Yet, the owner didn't make the appointment based on merit. They chose someone they knew and trusted because of their relationship, not necessarily because they were the most qualified.
If you really want your place you have to speak it loud without fear people also think that if they raise their voice they might lose everything they have even now. So it's really hard to express and tell you about the nepotism. If there is a king and he is all most retiring he will give all his legacy which he has made to his child even some other people have made the kingdom stand and fall for it. A son will be the next king so sometimes you cannot say or open up your voice. Even the whole kingdom knows but we have to let go.
But if we talk about the results it really changes a lot when a inexperienced person sits in exchange of experience person. Well but of course no will also give their legacy to someone else because it takes lot of blood and sweat to build and empire. So even if it comes to me and my child of course I will give them everything and make them stand instead of second person. But I know where I should make them stand and where not. A leader or owner should always make the decision very carefully.
