This is my first blog post for @SilverBloggers. I have been invited several times, but I have been so busy learning about Hive that I had put it off.
Well, today I read a post by

As I get older, I hear myself talking more and more like my father. It just amazes me how much I am becoming more like him. That is not a bad thing at all.
The one thing that came to mind when I read the topic was the old dial phones.

Now I understand that most of us grew up with that type of phone and that the phone itself has made leaps and bounds in advancements. Most impressive, I would say, would be cellular phones.
Kids get phones at a very early age and are familiar with communicating on the phone itself, using multiple methods to communicate.
Calling someone is not high on the list of ways to communicate.
They will usually text or use social media. They may even Facetime with them.
The next time you see a kid on the phone, ask them if they know the phone number they are calling. It is so nicely organized that you do not need to know someone's number once you enter it into the device.
How many kids would be able to figure out the dial phone?
