Actifit report for June 15, 2022
Wednesday is my day off at the office so I generally spend a good amount of time at my computer catching up on Listnerds and Hive. This week has been extremely hot outside, and I did manage to spend some time in the pool with my kids and grandkids. It certainly helped build up activity points and it is a great way to spend an afternoon in 90-degree weather.
The Actifit app has really helped me focus more on my activity and is helping me be aware of how much I need more activity. I highly recommend using the free app and earning on your activity.
