When in business we achieve something what we think reasonable in performance, we usually stopping searching for alternatives. What for? We think that is out level of achievement. We believe it is best what we achieved and deserve. In reality, it is can not be correct, because we do not know the alternatives. We making some amount of money every day, every year, but...how do we know, hot to make 10 times more money, or 100 times more money and why we decide to stay at that stage where we are at the moment. Why we decide to stay to develop our businesses at current level....when we made slowdown or full stop. We freeze at the current stage, that why we stop searching for something better. Yes, we produce more at current stage compared to new comers and we perform better, but we die. We follow that pathway not because we are professionals in something, we follow because we are know everything at that stage and we don't waste to much energy as before when we start. When we loose our spirit to learn something new, to develop new processes, to communicate with new people...probably when we stop searching for alternatives. We stop searching for new way of production, for new way of expansion, for new way of doing things. That way we became same as others, who getting stable profit, but not grow or grow just little bit every year. Once when we stuck at this level, we fighting with ourselves to put new processes into our everyday routine, because we stop asking ourselves for better way of doing things. Lets start again questioning ourselves in every business process, why we are doing like that and how can we do it better. Lets start questioning ourselves about small things to grow bigger. Do not stop questioning yourself about new opportunities of your business, about new way of doing things, about how to make simple products better for the customers. There are a lot of questions, but important question for every product you sell, for every strategy you use, for every customer you talk...ask yourself...Why I am doing this and how can I do it better?
