If company want to achieve success stage, the basic functional production system should be well fixed and clearly seen by the business owner. That core, which is usually gives you first step in expansion and profit generation. If you clearly see core function, then we can call it your uniqueness or your competitiveness. Later as your business grow in expansion, or in profit this core should be adjusted towards mutation stage, because if you stay at same stage of the business functionality, then it usually copied by other businesses and naturally start decline in profit. Another point to note, that your product niche is not permitted growth at given area of trade. No matter how good you are, but some places is not good for expansion and growth. Therefore do not dominate or invest to much into one area of growth. Develop strategies and product strategies, for another areas of market. Your business products can be traded at multi-markets, but need to see how and where. Multi strategies of growth same as multi strategies of expansion protect you from loosing profit in one area of your business, plus it help you to create possibilities of growth for entire business, as resources can be easily allocated to more profitable areas of trade.
