Watch and Pray was the admonition given by Jesus Christ. Watch means to be at alert, pray mean connecting with your Creator. Daily we are faced with temptation, nevertheless we receive precautions and warnings through prayer, which is a connection with our Creator (Almighty). The closer we are to the Almighty the quicker we can listen to His warnings. To be closer to the Almighty means total dedication of our body, soul, and spirit to Him, not allowing your heart or spirit to contaminate or be distracted with things that are not worthy example lust and fleshly desires. The heart or the mind is always occupied, and to attract the Spirit of light, one has to let the right things occupy his or her mind. Fill your heart with the words of Love, Messages of Truth, inspiring Music or pictures, and encouraging words. Remember that Jesus Christ even though He was part of Holy Trinity, watched and prayed during his sojourn on earth, how much more us! Garbage in, garbage out also applies to the mind, in the sense that what you allow to occupy your mind, turns out to influence you. When the mind is right, the right actions follows. Nothing happens without warning, but how sensitive are we to the warnings made available by the helpers granted to us by the Almighty. Listen and listen carefully to your spirit and you will hear that clear still voice within. Do not forget your CREATOR, because from HIM comes HELP in moments of TROUBLE.
