Today, i want to discuss the handicraft ‘macrame’ since it is not that widespread in this space, am especially interested in answering some frequently asked questions you may have in mind.

1)Is Macrame knitting or crochet?
ANSWER: macrame is different from knitting and crochet because the ropes are tied with bare hands. In knitting and crocheting,the ropes are interwoven with the aid if the crochet or knitting pin.

1. IS macrame made from wool?
   AMSWER: macrame is made from various materials, depending on the project and the effect you want to achieve. Materials include: cotton cords(twisted and single strand), nylon cords, propylene cords, paracords, jute, T-shirt yarn.

1. How long does it take to make a macrame piece?
   Every project consumes different amount of time, some can take 30minutes,while some projects can take days even months to finish.

2. Do you teach Macrame?
   Yes I teach macrame,both physical and online( Exclusive trainings included)

3. How long would it take for a person to learn macrame?
   ANSWER: it depends on the learners zeal and learning ability. In macrame all you basically need is to learn all the necessary basics of macrame, then allow your creativity to lead you on. A person can learn in a week, or in less than a month.

4. can I get a footwear or bag in the colour, design and size of my choice?

Answer: Yes you can.

   Answer: wall decorations, table runners, plant hangers, headbands.
