Back in a day when i was doing some freelance retouching i had a client from Saudi Arabia. Getting a client from there is some luck as you probably might suspect they are paying above the average :)
I was working with a good photographer that was producing quality images as it is, all i needed to do most of the time give it some color correction and a final touch to give that extra punch. To make it look more "magazine like" so to say. The main accent was always "The Eyebrows".
Maybe it has to do something culturally as women have to cover their faces while wearing hijab in their culture most of the time and only a small part of the face is visible including eyebrows, that is why it deserves such a special attention. I do not know, maybe someone can tell me.

I am not a high end retoucher, and my price range reflected that i believe, but i used to enjoy working on those images and changing the way how a person looks. One might even argue that it looks better "before" being natural, some might like it more polished in the "after". It's all personal opinion and taste. I was just doing my job the best i can and fulfilling clients orders.
