Monomad Challenge - BW conversion with Gaussian blur filter and overlay blending mode.

After converting an image to BW i duplicated the layer and applied some Gaussian blur for the shine. Afterwards i changed blending mode to overlay that accentuated the highlights and darkened the shadows. It gives it a unique look in a way, but i am not sure if i'd want to convert all my BW images in this way.
