Entrenando y en recuperación |

Training and recovering |
Mainly I am a little inactive due to time issues, but the one who wants can and I will commit myself more with the responsibility to remain active, I have been training step by step to recover completely, it's been 2 months with this injury, I try to train as I can, taking care of my wrist and trying not to be able to both my level and my tension, making sacrifices to move forward.
This week I started as such my training with complex routines and I wanted to take the opportunity to share these pictures as an example.
