Yesterday I witnessed another great step forward into decentralization. Jordi Baylina showed me the Dappnode. A node that is created specifically to host P2P clients.
In Bitcoin, there are on average 8.000 Nodes available. In Ethereum a lot of users are using Metamask or MyEtherWallet / MyCrypto to access the blockchain through their default nodes. This is a huge centralization force.
DAppNode will address these issues by creating a simple, easy, self-empowering system made specifically for hosting P2P clients for DApps, Cryptocurrencies, VPNs, IPFS, and more.
