For several years, I’ve been creating illustrations that I find useful and experimenting with coloring techniques, textures, materials, and more.
Since I always had loose sheets of paper—or I’d tear out a few pages from sketchbooks—I’d cut them into different sizes and make small drawings. I remember that when I had a folder where I kept them, it was practically overflowing with drawings.
Although these aren’t all of them, they’re many of the ones I’ve made and some of my favorites. At the beginning of the year, I decided to glue them into this sketchbook, which was empty and I wasn’t using, so the drawings wouldn’t be loose anymore.
Here are drawings made with alcohol-based and water-based markers, acrylic paints, a couple in oil, wooden crayons, and wax crayons.
I hope you like them—thanks for reading!
