Dicen que recordar es vivir y técnicamente al hacer una remembranza volvemos a vivir mentalmente el momento recordado incluso dependiendo del recuerdo pueden salir algunas emociones que habíamos experimentado anteriormente.
They say that to remember is to live, and technically, when we reminisce, we mentally relive the remembered moment, and depending on the memory, some emotions that we had previously experienced may come out.
Cada cierto tiempo tomo algunos de mis viejos bocetos de hace unos 2 años cuando me inicie en el arte digital lo trabajo nuevamente y lo comparo con el trabajo anterior. Al observa el resultado me emociona ver mi avance me motiva a seguir mejorando, constantemente veo tutoriales y trato de practicar lo aprendido. En este caso me puse a practicar utilizando una técnica para obtener la simetría en el rostro en la pintura Digital.
Para mí es maravilloso ya que no siempre utilizo un boceto sino que trabajo pintado directamente sobre el lienzo, pinto una gran mancha y a eso le voy dando forma a ver qué sale, tal vez suene más trabajoso incluso da la impresión que voy pintando sin rumbo sin saber que es lo que quiero crear pero me gusta, me siento cómoda con esa técnica ya que me permite darle rienda suelta a mi imaginación dejando que la pintura fluya junto con mi energía.
Every now and then I take some of my old sketches from about 2 years ago when I started in digital art and I work on them again and compare them with the previous work. When I look at the result I get excited to see my progress and it motivates me to keep improving, I constantly watch tutorials and try to practice what I have learnt. In this case I started to practice using a technique to obtain symmetry in the face in Digital painting.
For me it is wonderful because I don't always use a sketch but I work painted directly on the canvas, I paint a big stain and I shape it to see what comes out, maybe it sounds more laborious even gives the impression that I'm painting aimlessly without knowing what I want to create but I like it, I feel comfortable with this technique because it allows me to give free rein to my imagination letting the paint flow along with my energy.
Bien para este retrato semirealista tome uno de mis viejos bocetos para tener una idea de los que quería pintar y practicar la simetría que era mi propósito, en vez de sacar el LineArt baje la opacidad de la capa del boceto al 60% use la regla simétrica espejo y empecé a pintar con los pinceles de aerógrafos, me gusta trabajar con estos pinceles ya que a mí percepción el difuminado es más sencillo. Me encantó trabajar con la regla simétrica si soy honesta trabaje en la mitad del tiempo de lo que normalmente me lleva realizar un rostro.🤭
Well for this semi-realistic portrait I took one of my old sketches to get an idea of what I wanted to paint and practice symmetry which was my purpose, instead of taking out the LineArt I lowered the opacity of the sketch layer to 60% used the mirror symmetric ruler and started painting with the airbrush brushes, I like working with these brushes as to me the blurring is easier. I loved working with the symmetrical ruler if I'm honest I worked in half the time it normally takes me to do a face 🤭.
Siento que para esto ser una práctica pues salió bastante bien jejeje por otro lado pude comparar mi trabajo anterior con este y la diferencia es bastante notoria. 🤔
Saque algunas fotografías del proceso que les comparto. Hay rasgos que quise resaltar en este trabajo como por ejemplo es un rostro un poco robusto pero delicado, además pinte sus ojos con heterocromía y una delicada mariposa en su ojo izquierdo. Para el fondo no quería algo muy llamativo así que trabaje con un fondo oscuro algunas mariposa al que luego le aplique el filtro desenfoque y unas cuantas burbujas tornasol. Me gusto mucho este trabajo y me divertí en el proceso espero les guste a ustedes también, de antemano gracias por leerme nos vemos en una próxima publicación.💋✌️
I feel that for this to be an internship it went quite well hehehe on the other hand I was able to compare my previous work with this one and the difference is quite noticeable. 🤔
I took some pictures of the process that >I share with you. There are some features that I wanted to highlight in this work, for example a robust but delicate face, I also painted her eyes with heterochromia and a delicate butterfly in her left eye. For the background I didn't want something too flashy so I worked with a dark background with some butterflies and then applied the blur filter and a few litmus bubbles.
