It is great to see passion in a child... and to try and cultivate it! On the other hand, it does need to be a bit of balance sometimes... sometimes, the passion is only there until the going gets a little trickier and then suddenly, to progress requires a touch more effort! Keeping them into the topic is tricky when their NEW passion for something else kicks in!
