This is simply grilled pork seasoned with salt and pepper. Nothing flashy or anything but this smells and taste like what you really want that moment when you bite into it. When done just right it is juicy, aromatic and too familiar when you are a pork eater. It is simply the best. Like BBQ without the complicated BBQ sauce. This in itself is already it, right here. Best with rice and best with a cold bottle of beer.
