The best time to cook more delicious food and serve it to my beloved family. This is just my own version. I been exloring everyday to serve healthyfood.
Ingredients:
Wash and clean the chicken with lemon or vinegar.
Saute first in onion and garlic until golden brown.
Add the chicken
Simmer for 15 minutes with low heat.
Get a pan and arrange the chicken thigh.
slice the cucumber and lettuce
slice the Orange fruit
Make sure to have a good presentation.
Add one tablespoon of tomato paste mix with little amount of oil.
Brush it on the top of the half cooked chicken thigh.
Add Mozzarella cheese and baked in the oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown and serve while still hot with rice.

This is not only the looks but more on how it tastes. I make it sure that they will be contented and finished it all.
The cooking time only took for 30 minutes and was served hot.
