Roasting chicken is something I have been doing for years because I am a frustrated chef and restaurateur. Just kidding, but yes, I have been roasting chicken for quite some time now and it's one of the most satisfying things I do in the kitchen. I love to perfect that craft and so far, I no longer encounter accidents or anything hilarious like it being burnt or miss a spice or anything like that. I guess I can say I have mastered it and here I am so proud about it.
