Yesterday was a pretty intense day, but the morning was unique. Nature greeted us with a unique sunrise and a double rainbow. It was very beautiful. A great start to the day.
In the evening I took a long walk with Bailey, he was happy... I was tired, but there was no way, I had to take over 25 thousand steps to have a chance, since I lost the day before... I would have done them easily by running, but yesterday was my day off, since I'm saving myself for Sunday, I will participate in a 20-kilometer run.
