Lleva tus manos hacia tus hombros y haz rotaciones internas y externas (hacia adelante y hacia atrás).
Exhala...
Y... muchas gracias por estar aquí!!
Nuevamente gracias!
Nos seugimos viendo por aquí!
Con cariño,
Hello to all my dear friends of the Full Deportes community, Hive's platform! I'm pleased to be here with you again, this time, to share with you a "live and direct" stretching routine. Well no, hehe, it's not that it's specifically live, but it's about a routine I did myself right after a hike and decided to film it for you guys (that's why you'll also see my totally messed up look, haha).
This post hike routine is useful for: **
It should be clarified that doing these same postures before performing the physical activity, is a great idea to warm up the body and increase performance during the workout..
Attention here!
Many times we believe that stretching the muscles after an activity is unnecessary. However, it is a fundamental part of our training since it relaxes the contraction performed; it prevents contractures, tears, and other types of injuries; it leaves the muscle "as good as new", to be able to train as often as you do.
So, to keep in mind:
I promise it's short! Just so you can get it done in a little while!
Stretch both arms and sides a little.
Bring your hands to your shoulders and do internal and external rotations (forward and backward).
Bend one knee and grab your epeine with the same hand. Try to bring this knee close to the knee of the outstretched leg.
Repeat with both legs.
In this case we are stretching quadriceps.
We move on to the posterior stretch.
Extend your whole body skyward and then lean from the hip, with the intention of touching your knees with your nose.
This is not going to happen right now after walking or running, so that's why I say it's simply the intention.
We continue with posterior.
From feet a little wider than hip width apart (I recommend watching the video to better understand), bring one foot out to the side and the other at 45 degrees. Then, fold towards the front leg.
Now we focus on calves, bringing one heel forward and bending the back knee. Then, we lower with the glutes toward the back heel, elongating the calf of the front leg.
Repeat with the other leg.
Move on to stretch the adductors a bit and mobilize the hips by flexing one knee and the other, and bringing the body to the side of the flexed knee.
Inhale and extend your arms to the sky!!!
Breathe out...
And... thank you so much for being here!!! !
Thanks again!
We'll see you around!
With love,
