A good friend has one, and I get to swim a couple times a year. This type of pool is totally against public health codes here, but he treated it like a landscape pond. It requires considerable maintenance

Yes, saltwater only. September through January is the season where I live near the Salish Sea.

I saw the offer put out for free steem accounts. I'll check in with him again. He's interested, but doesn't have much free time, and probably would only post sporadically.

Hmmm. I'll look into it. My super tech-nerdy partner might want a new project ;) He's not on Steemit, but thinking about it. I understand witnesses are paid to confirm blocks, and am guessing we (as in

I am moved by this post, but even more so by the wisdom shown in the comments. The struggle is real. Thanks everyone for your tips on how to overcome intrusive thoughts.

If this ever happens, we will be like their ancestors. Surely it is not intelligent to wipe out your own creators, even if they do not posses your level of sophistication with technology. Perhaps humans

I feel super lucky that the thing I wanted most was just one state away, so the shipping is not such a big deal. I'll be sure to post what I make...eventually.
