I'm caught in the middle. On one side, there are are authors who create content and put in a lot of work to the ecosystem, so I see autovotes as a means to reward the person rather than just the content. On the other hand, manual curation is important for quality content you encounter while scrolling like any other platform. That organic curation is acrually good for the ecosystem and encourages people to put in more effort to their work.
