The wife and I decided to take a unplanned road tip over this weekend and we found ourselves visiting the Umfolozi Riverlodge & birdpark which is located in Northern KZN in South Africa.
Walking around the bird park, we came across this beautiful flower and so I decided to take several shots of it. While happily taking these photos and admiring its beauty we got an awesome surprise! Which got me thinking that in life, people tend to take things they see on a daily basis for granted. If we stop for a moment, open our eyes and look a little closer. We will be amazed at the hidden gems we will find.
