Below are some photo's that i took at the Natal lion park in South Africa. The lion park is located in the Natal Midlands, not to far away from the Durban City and it is just 25 km away from Pietermaritzburg.

Above are some female lions (lionesses), also just lying around. Female lions live together for their entire life, it is only the males that venture out of the pride when they reach maturity
Did you know that Male lions have the loudest roar of all the big cats species? His roar can be heard up to 5 miles (8 km) away.
