Mental health professional job reminds me every day how difficult the changes are and why. Even if people are aware of their biases, have enough knowledge to make decisions and change something, that is not happening very often and/or in significant extent.
Cognitive aspect is a necessary but not a sufficient condition (that made me start writing Evolution is a joker posts :) ). My idea is, as you said, at least, trying to provoke critical (not criticizing) thinking, as contribution to cognitive; everything else is on individual.
Followed you cause, at the first glance, I saw topics that are interesting for me but reading is yet to come :)
