Oooow I wish that parents could help, but they barely want to give minimal donations that are on on a voluntary basis... We have those activities planned in our year plans plus some of them can occur spontaneously. Due to corona, many of them that require presence of many pupils cannot be done (or separately with small groups but then time and room is the problem). My school has 6 working days week so Saturday is also occupied, plus kids can.t wait to have few hours free, so does teachers :). During the week, they have every day 6/7/8 classes (except Saturday 2/4) and are too tired or have other activities after school so...
As for the money, donations can save the day for bigger equipment and for the rest we somehow manage, including bringing our own stuff from home.
And ofc, no extra work is paid.
