Marking the second day of my return to splinterlands I'm going to share with you this week's battle mage secrets weekly challenge. This weeks ruleset focuses on the healed out battle.
Healed Out
This ruleset disables all healing abilities and from both monsters and summoners. Abilities also included are heal, tank heal as well as triage.

I have a hunch that my opponent woud be using Obsidian to boost magic damage with this ruleset. I managed to get my assumptions right and was able to counter using thaddius brood to negate the bonus magic damage amplified by the earth summoner. While another advantage is that i get to reduce all enemy monsters by 1HP as an effect of my chosen dark summoner.
The Lineup
It's a low mana pool battle of just 19. I've chosen cursed windeku as my tank. Also included are my silent sha-vi and undead badger to deal damage to the backlines using the sneak attack. To complete my roster is the xenith archer to deal ranged damage.
The opponents lineup consisted of a the unicorn mustang. It's void ability is countered due to my llineup not having any magic damage dealers. He also has Regal Peryton which is a high speed flying magical damage creature with decently high hp. And khmer princess is on the backlines to provide additional magic damage.
Round 1
My undead badger with its sneak attack managed to quickly eliminate the khmer princess before it could deal out any damage. Both our tanks had their hp reduced to 5. Thanks to thorns ability of my cursed windeku together with the melee attack damage the unicorn mustang sustained quite a bit of damage. However, the regal peryton was able to evade the attack of the silent shavi taking no damage in this round.
Round 2
The fourth turn of round 2 saw the unicorn mustang going down. Melee, ranged and thorns return damage managed to deal more than enough damage to eliminate enemy main tank from the contest.
By the end of round 2 and with both attacks of silent shavi and undead badger connecting to the regal peryton, the health of the remaining monster from enemy lineup is reduced to 2. I have a pretty significant advantage entering the third round while still having my complete set of summons.
Round 3
With high speed, the regal peryton attacked first and was able to eliminate the cursed windeku which was sitting at 1 hp. The cursed badgers attack also missed the regal peryton due to its flying ability. However, upon moving to the first position my silent sha-vi connected with it's attack and reducing enemy hp to zero securing me the win.
