I think that is kind of the point of these younger jobs. They don't give you much to do and therefore there isn't much for them to ever get angry at you about. I recall one night I was short staffed in the kitchen and the boss of the entire place came back on put on an apron and helped me. I had a lot of respect for that dude because he could have just left me there to suffer.
