Those dang cellphones are really annoying. One of the reasons why I pay by the job well done, not by the hour. I don't give a second thought about how you get to the right result (or better), but you're in trouble if you don't. And my standards are as high as the pay I offer. Which makes it hard to find the right people. I don't need a genius, I need someone who is genuine, honest, hard working - in short, taking more work off my back than causing me.

That said, I would've loved to work in your team.
