With the amount of tasks being reduced, I'm wavering again. The fewer entries I have on my to do list, the lazier I get. Yesterday I tried to stay aware of that, and go back to the list anyway and try to get something done. It worked, somewhat. But it wasn't the kind of day where I am home in the evening looking back, knowing that I accomplished a lot.
Of course, it could be so much worse. So I book that as progress. Which is measured on bad days, not on good ones. You really know that you have improved your behaviour and habits on the days that feel like distraction and numbing the mind would make life easier. Being conscious of that helps me quite a bit.
Thanks for reading, have a great day!
