What can I say. Those days happen. yesterday was very dark and it took a lot of effort to not go too crazy. It has been just the end of a week full of stress, emotional and rational, and yesterday it topped.
You can read more about that on my main account. I'm not in the mood to retell it all, sorry. And in the end, it doesn't really matter. Drops in the barrel, and yesterday it spilled some.
This too shall pass. I just read that someone had a word for that. A friend I think. "Anicca" she has tattooed, an ancient Pali word that represents impermanence.
