One thing for sure is, revenge downvoting is a problem. There are some people, who, simply because of personal reasons, and regardless of the content, will downvote other people, to preserve their personal interests.
Others will simply milk the system by forming a closed group and by upvoting amongst each other. This is a real world problem.
I've thought about it, couldn't find a proper solution yet! But if we all can brainstorm about this, we can surely get something.

On the other hand, most of the influencers quit because they either got too much money that they no longer needs anything more, or else they simply get more attention outside, as many are attention seekers.

(I may be wrong though, these are my thoughts)
