( EN / DE ) It wasn't a Wednesday, but it was a beautiful little walk here in Graz at Eggenberg Castle, which has a wonderful park with beautiful old trees.
My doctor's strict instructions were to go for a walk every day before the hospital appointment and to get some fresh air in nature to be fit for the surgery. Now in retrospect, he was absolutely right about that, because it brought a lot of positive energy to my body and also to my soul.
Es war kein Mittwoch, aber es war ein wunderschöner kleiner Spaziergang hier in Graz im Schloß Eggenberg, das eine wundervolle Parkanlage mit schönen alten Bäumen hat.
Die strikte Anweisung meines Arztes war, vor dem Termin im Krankenhaus jeden Tag spazieren zu gehen und frische Luft in der Natur zu tanken, um fit für die OP zu sein. Jetzt im Nachhinein hatte er absolut recht damit, denn es hat meinem Körper und auch meiner Seele sehr viel positive Energie gebracht.

Soon I will go back and take more photos, there is still so much to discover there! A wonderful rose garden, a café pavilion, statues and the castle itself of course.
Demnächst werde ich wieder hingehen und mehr Fotos machen, dort gibt es noch so viel zu entdecken! Ein wundervollen Rosengarten, einen Café Pavillon, Statuen und das Schloss selbst natürlich.
