Meine Mama findet es ja ganz toll, dass ich mehrere Sprachen beherrsche und hört mir sehr gerne zu, wenn ich in anderen Sprachen spreche. Es macht ihr unheimlich viel Spaß mich zu fragen, wie man bestimmte Sätze auf Englisch oder Chinesisch sagt. Was sie nur noch nicht ganz begreifen kann ist, dass es in jeder Sprache bestimmte Ausdrücke oder Redensweisen gibt, die nicht einfach eins zu eins übersetzt werden können. Da sie mir trotzdem nie geglaubt hatte, habe ich mir über die Jahre einfach Übersetzungen ausgedacht, damit sie zufrieden ist.
