Well, the face looks alright - but the hands, especially the left one, don't look realistic. I told you before - hands are really a challenge in paintings. Even the old masters struggled with that. There was a whole phase during the Renaissance, when they always painted hands that had 4 segments on each finger and 3 joints.

And btw... what is that creepy animal doing there? The mouth looks like its speaking, really weird. :)
