A credit card is ok, if you need it for payments that cannot be done cash or otherwise. But whatever you do - don't use it as a credit card! Meaning, don't use it as a loan method. If you do, you will always struggle to pay the borrowed money and the hilarious interest they charge. Only use it with money you have actually stored in the account.
